Caroline is an occupational psychologist specialising in assessment for selection and development. She has around 1,500 executive assessments under her belt and a global outlook which is reflected in her experience.

Having operated as a psychologist for 3 out of the top 4 Global Executive Search firms, Caroline has worked with many of the FTSE-100. She has also worked directly with a wide spectrum of organisations including PE-backed businesses, leading international retailers, charitable foundations and digital trail-blazers.

Paul Surridge

Director, Leadership & Assessment 

Paul has over 14 years of experience in the design and implementation of leadership assessment and development programmes, working with many FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organisations across multiple industry sectors.

His main area of expertise is in individual and team assessment and development, ensuring that clients have the right leadership capabilities required to drive their strategy. He has designed leadership frameworks, individual and team assessment centres, high potential programmes, 360 feedback processes and a range of leadership development solutions.

Helen Barker

Chartered Psychologist and Executive Coach

Helen is experienced in engaging senior leaders in assessment and development experiences that are insightful, meaningful and personally resonant. Her corporate experience spans Sales Management in FMCG, Talent Management in Investment Banking and Consulting for Business Psychology firms in Asia-Pac, Europe and the UK.

She has designed and led talent assessment and culture change projects for global clients across a range of sectors and is an accredited AC Coach, coaching supervisor and facilitator.

As an Organisational Psychologist she has deep experience in the assessment and psychological profiling of individuals for key organisational roles, and has advised on senior talent decision making up to Board level. As an Executive Coach and Facilitator she brings a brain-based approach, blending a practical focus with depth of insight into the individual and what makes them tick, enabling key shifts to occur

Nana has over 15 years’ experience as an internal and external consultant specialising in leadership coaching, design and facilitation of leadership development programmes, team coaching, senior team effectiveness and talent assessment and development.

She has particular interest in women in leadership, minorities in leadership and evolutionary leadership. As a coach and facilitator, Nana sees her role as a thinking partner who encourages and challenges clients to reflect deeply and take action.

Anita Kotla

Recognised for building trust-based relationships with senior business leaders, Anita combines business psychology expertise with a commercial and pragmatic mindset. Her previous experience includes two decades with a large multinational organisation, where she focused on leadership development and assessment in a global context. Experienced in working across a variety of cultures, she has delivered work in Europe, North America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

She is skilled in designing and leading leadership development programs; designing assessment centres, assessor training, conducting selection and development assessments, assessment of potential; group facilitation, executive coaching and team effectiveness.
